Mahindra XUV700 & Mahindra Thar 45 Weeks Wating Period in February

Mahindra Thar faces a waiting period of up to forty-five weeks for the Thar Lo RWD diesel variant, while the XUV700 has only eight weeks.

Mahindra currently has the Scorpio range which is getting advanced annual booking figures than the XUV700 and Thar. A series of three to four launches by the indigenous manufacturer have been largely successful, but many models have been delayed due to high demand.

Still, in recent times, Mahindra has been ramping up its production to reduce the delivery timeline. The Mahindra XUV700 is currently priced between Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 26.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and its range has recently been expanded with the addition of a six-seat variant.

Thar Waiting Period

The entry-level MX and AX3 variants will have to wait up to four weeks for the petrol and diesel models. The Mahindra XUV700 AX5 mid-level trim will go on sale in February 2024 with a waiting period of four to six weeks depending on location and availability.

Mahindra XUV700 Waiting Period

The 4WD specification of the Thar can be purchased as a convertible top or a hard top. Both are available with a length of stay of nine to eleven weeks. Mahindra will introduce the 2WD Thar in early 2023. It was well received by the guests, but the wait was long.

Thar Prices

The hard-top petrol and diesel variants ended with periods of forty-five weeks and twenty-two weeks, respectively. The off-road SUV is priced at Rs 11.25 lakh for the entry-position model and costs Rs. 17.20 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec trim.
